Please help me spot the ingrediant in this pic!

I'm dying to cook this! It's made like pad thai but it was called Pad Noodles from Gigi's Asian Bistro in Houston. I'm trying to figure out the ingrediants. So far I have:

- Some kind of large (rice?) noodles
- Red pepper flakes
- Soy sauce
- Chicken
- Egg

I can't figure out what the green stuff is though. Maybe chives and cabbage?

I just remember that it didn't really contribute to the taste of the dish, just the texture.

Yeah, I googled baby bok choy. That was definatly it.

You guys think there is any other ingredient spice or sauce wise I might be missing? If I throw this all together would it taste good?

Green onions for sure and possibly baby bok choy or maybe gai lan?

Actually YOU might be right. The stalks are smaller than bok choy.

It's not gai lan, that has a rounder firm stalk, not like the wide softer looking leaves in the photo.

Pad See Ew? Big pieces look like gai lan cut on an angle, the small pieces look like green onion.
