please help me setup win2000 ICS client!!!

i did buyed my hub today so im starting to play with my nwe network, i where about 3 hours trying to get it to work (my win98se box couldn't explore the oher win2000 computer) finaly i've got it working but now i can't setup ICS.

ICS is running on win98se so the win2000 box is going to be the client but i don't know how to set it up on win2k so please help me!!

please tell me anything i need to know about it 'cause im a newbie when talking about networks.

go to start>settings>control panel> add/remove programs>windows setup>internet tools>check internet connection sharing
make the disk..pop into other comps..run disk..should be good to go...
 
finaly it's working (i puted ICS server's ip on the dns, and getaway, fields on tcp/ip propiertys for my NIC on the win2000 box) but only if the ICS server is alredy on the net, so how could i make it call automatically when a client wants to acces the internet?
