OK, I used to run an HTTP and FTP server locally hosted on my computer, using Windows XP Pro and IIS. Everything worked great, and I was using DNS2Go for DNS rerouting or whatever.

Well, ever since I had to reinstall Windows a couple months ago, I havent been able to get the services back and OPERATIONAL.

OK, so im gonna start new. I just reinstalled IIS.
I signed up at no-ip.com since DNS2Go is now a pay service.

Can someone step me through everything I have to do to get it working?

FTP Service isnt even LISTED in IIS right now, whats the deal with THAT?

I get everything set up, and I can view my HTTP if i type in my IP or URL through no-ip.com, but no one else can. Does that mean its a security issue?

On a side note, I have the IC Firewall for XP enabled on my Net connection.

and for reference, my url for the HTTP would be http://matthewfugel.no-ip.com

thanks for all help
