Please help me select memory (two options)

I'm about to buy myself a Phenom II X3 720 BE to go along with a Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P. I will do some overclocking but nothing too serious. The whole point of this setup is basically to get good performance at a good price today and be future proof with the AM3 socket and DDR3 memory. This should allow an easy CPU-upgrade next year. Anyway, I have to make up my mind on which memory to get. This is where I need some help.

I have nailed it down to two different pairs from OCZ that I can come by at a real great price here in Sweden (so no US store recommendations please! :)). The price is identical on these. My options are:

OCZ Reaper HPC DDR3 1333MHz 2x2GB CL 6-6-6-18, 1.75V
OCZ Platinum XTC DDR3 1600MHz 2x2GB CL7-7-7-24, 1.9V

Info at OCZ's website: Reaper and Platinum

Any advice would be most welcome. This is the last bit of my puzzle before making the order. Let's just say that I'm a tad impatient by now. ;)

Ok so I'm no expert on this, but doesn't it say 1.9V because they're made to run at 1600Mhz? I assume that with the CPU I have chosen I won't need to run them much higher than 1333Mhz since the multiplier is unlocked, and thus perhaps I can lower the voltage at those levels. Perhaps the Platinums are more future proof, being able to handle such speeds?

It is likely that the Reaper could run at those speeds with added voltage as well... Also, RAM isn't really future proof and the two sets you posted are actually very close in terms of performance.

I went with the Reaper. After some additional research it appears it clocks better and has reached 2000Mhz at some rare occasions (with extra cooling). Lower voltage and the heatsink obviously make a difference. It seems rather standard that it clocks to 1500-1800Mhz without additional cooling.

Thanks for the advice.
