I seem to have come across this PCmCIA card called a Turbo 16/4 Token-ring PC card made by IBM.... sure seems like a netcard for a laptop and it also has a mac address..... so what is it?
 
It's a network card, for token ring networks.
Avoid it all costs, TR is EVIL. 🙂
It wont work on anything but a TR network.
