Please help me identify a CPU

Im trying to find out what cpu I found in a box at work. The old techs didnt do a very good job marking components.

Anyway, its a Socket 7 with a heat sink glued that I cant seem to get off for the life of me.

So, on the underside of the CPU, theres the following markings:

E6245096AF
MALAY

A80502120
SY062/SSS

iPP <--- Stamped into the die

I looked on Windrivers, none of these numbers are long enough to be a FCC ID. Thanks in advance for any help.
