You know what? Stop overclocking. Dont sit there acting like youre some important busyass WHILE asking to help overclocking your system. Its a hobby, if you don't want to take the time, why ask us to?
ITS FINALS WEEK AT THE UNIVERSITY BUTTWIPE.
Theres nothing wrong with asking why the USB would fail or how to get it more stable.
BTW did you read the rest of the thread and notice that I HAVE done some testing?
I dont have time right now to sit down for a few days and do extensive testing/prime95 runs. Maybe when you have things going on and need a stable computer, you will understand. I didnt even ASK for helping getting a higher overclock, I asked how to get my current OC more stable!

So NO kid, I dont have time to test higher clocks like the man suggested because I dont WANT higher clocks!
In OTHER news not concerning the jack***...
It came out stable at default vcore@2.5ghz in Prime95 blend torture test after 9hours 15 minutes (no errors, no warnings).. is that good enough/decent for stability?

So I guess I have a couple questions,
Is what I did good enough/decent testing for stability?
How do I make sure that PCIlock is on?
My ram is 7-4-4 (or 4-4-7).. what 3 of the dozens of DFI options do these each apply too? As of now I have CAS2.5 and dram interleave enabled (supposedly off it kills performance). Or will auto settings have this set properly thru the SPD?
Thanks to all (besides that one guy)!!
