please help me build a cheap comp

Haven't been keeping up computer hardware for a while. I would like to build something cheap just for internet cruising. should I go with onboard video and sound?

try an nforce board - decent video, good sound, and with a cheap duron, wont bust the bank, while giving you great performance.
