Please help! Is this a good choice for a CPU HeatSink???

Hey guys, I want to place this order tonight, so any info would be sooooo appreciated!!!

The Thermalright SLK-947U for my Intel P4 3.06 GHz PC...
Right now im using the stock Heatsink but I want to overclock a wee bit better than I already am. Is this a good choice? Good price? Should I get it??

Also, what fan should I place on it? Any suggestions? Thanks guys!

Go with a Panaflo - The Tornado is louder than a hair dryer...

Do NOT go with the Tornado unless your pc is in a different room behind a thick, sealed door.

Seriously, I posted a review on newegg about the 948 (p4 version of the 947).. the 948 keeps my 2.6@3.2 running at 44C idle.. which is a full 10 degrees lower than the vantec aerocool i had on there before (vantec using artic silver, thermalright using ceramique)

I am running an 80mm panaflo M1a.. great fan. Also check out coolermaster rifle bearing fans. They are nice and quiet as well.

I would recommend a pabst 92mm fan. I can't remember the model number but it's quiet and the cfm are good in relation to the very low sound. Nice unit.
