Please Help i need help with my microphone and speaker

please help i just bought the logitech gaming precision headphone. I am able to record what im saying but i hear no sound or music. i cant hear any sound with my mike. But I hear music and sounds with my speakers. please i would apperciate ur help

If so,
the easiest solution is to unplug your speakers & plug the headset's plug into that socket.

We need more system details to troubleshoot.
