Please Help! Friends PC has a Dialer program that won't uninstall!

I have tried Spybot, AD-Aware, Norton nopthing will get rid of this dialer. I have to laugh at him though because it says it a sex dialer! Any ideas how to get rid of this rascal? I am guessing it will be registry edit but I am not sure what to look for. I apologise, at the moment I am at work so I dont have the info about the dialer right now. Thanks everyone! 🙂
 
If you have an old Windows 98 boot disk or CD you can boot into pure DOS and then delete the file(s) from DOS if you know what the file names are... regedit is nice too. Good luck
