I posted long time ago about how to overclock a cpu and today i finally decided to give it a shot.
I just want base 4ghz clock.

Does lowering voltage decrease the life of a cpu?

Specs:
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB @ 1.1GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB DDR3 @1600 9-9-9-24
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
CORSAIR CX600M 600W ATX12V
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 Case

P.s.
Had an issue while voltage was at 1.000 the bios would freeze and was unresponsive. I fixed it by flashing my bios and changing the voltage to 1.020. Working fine now.
