Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if you could help me by filling out a very short (less than 5 minute) survey for a school project? I am doing some primary consumer research and I would like to get as many respondent as possible!

also theres no option for "none" in the loyalty card questions , might want to fix that cause i had to tick other and type none.
 
Looked at your survey, left.

No "loyalty cards" for me.

They're just a source for data mining...the pittance you get in rewards isn't worth it to me.
 
For the following two responses, what comes to mind when you hear or see the word ?Tsutaya??

Low-end. Mid-Range. High-End.

Perhaps there should be an answer there for, "Tsutaya is.......😕"

Is it a person, a service, or a good?



The rest of it looks like travel-oriented stuff. I think it's been, maybe 15 years since I've been on a plane, so my input likely isn't what you're looking for anyway. 🙂

I don't have the cards either.
I got an error back after submitting it the first (and only) time and when I saw there was no option for "None", I closed the window and didn't complete the survey.
 
I don't know how it works in California but where I live there is no redeeming points with grocery "loyalty" cards. They generally give you a discount on certain items at checkout time so technically I am redeeming them every time I buy something and swipe the card.

I did that on purpose because I didn't want to bias the answers. I wanted to see what people thought of the word by itself.

For those of you guys that didn't take it because you didn't own any loyalty cards, I would love to have you guys take it again and check none... if you guys have a few minutes to spare. That way, I can map your demographics over your response. I can't do that by counting your "none" posts in the thread.
