Please help: Corrupt display on PC boot-up only

OK, major problem! I've got corrupt screens when booting up, but when I get to windows everything is fine. When I say corrupt, I mean corrupt!!!! I get flashing blocks and letters. I can't make anything out. Then again, windows display is perfect. Can there be some component gone bad on my video card? Plaese help!!! & thanks for any suggestions (in advance).

hmm.. i have the same problem with my card, of course i flashed a hacked bios for my 9500 pro..
i just need to re-flash the bios and the bad display problem will be gone.

do you get the corrupt screens on first screen during POST? or just ''during'' the boot up to windows (windows splash screen, etc...).
