As far as I know it's compatable.

Forton makes good powersupplies. I have a 300watt with 12cm fan running in a backup system and it's really nice.

i think im going to stick with the orginal build i had i dont think overclocking is good for me seems like a lot of trouble i dont wanna deal with corrupt bios and instabilty and stuff like that

ok last chance im about to place my order anything i should be worried about ?

Antec Solution Series Black ATX Mid Tower Case "SLK3000-B" 45.00
ENERMAX Noisetaker Series 420W Power Supply ATX12V Ver2.01 76.00

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Socket 939 Processor 268.00
CHAINTECH NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset Motherboard 95.00
Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MBx2 DDR PC-3200 Memory 86.67
Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive 56.00
NEC 1.44MB Black Internal Floppy Drive 8.00
NEC 16X Black Double Layer DVD±RW Drive 51.99
ATI Radeon X800 XL Video Card 299.00

Well, the twinMOS ram is back in stock, and I still think the Seasonic is the better deal, but it looks like you're not going to listen to any of that, so whatever.

Seasonic is WAY better in all aspects than the noisemaker by Enermax.......provides better, constant power to all rails, runs quieter than most PSU and a lot quieter than that Enermax and is the most efficient PSU on the market......if the price is within $15 it's still a better long term buy!

ok fine i will get the seasonic ! lol

althought i still kinda wanna go dfi and the twinmos ram :-( but i dont know hwo to overclock at all and im afriad i will have problems getting this setup to work ! and what if i cant overclock that good :-( it just seems like a lot of hassle

is overclockign worth it ? i mean if i overclock the 3200 to 2.6 ghz will i notice it ? also i heard sometimes when you overclock its not gueranted to get to 2.6

I thought you wanted to overclock... you don't have to.

I'm not overclocking. I have a gig of corsair value select and I'm running a 3200+ at stock. Overclocking isn't worth the effort/risk for me.

Nothing is gauranteed for overclocking. CPUs are only gauranteed to run at their default speeds stable.
