First of all, WELCOME TO ANANDTECH FORUM!:)

What power supply you going to use? I also have the Abit Th7-II non-raid. So far, I am at 117FSb with default voltage.
Only one way to overclock p4s, up the fsb until it is not stable then rise the voltage on the cpu.

Edit: Forgot, in the bios of your Abit board select "fixed". It will lock your agp/pci at 66/33. You just basically overclocking the rdram and cpu.

boot up while holding the DELETE key.

select first category in bios.

go down to the 'front side bus" item, select 'user define', enter 115. you can go higher if your computer is stable. Find Prime95 on google.com and download it. run prime95 'torture' for 4 hours should be enough at this low fsb speed.

your 1.6a should do 133 fsb easily. after you hit 133mhz fsb, you should run Prime95 longer.... maybe 10 hours..

If you haven't installed the Abit software, do it. Install Hardware Doctor from your CD. While you are using Prime 95, run Hardware Doctor to monitor your cpu temperature. You don't want your cpu temperature above the high 50's Celcius.

Hello there, Thank you so much for your help. I gave my system a try @ 133 fsb ... to see how it goes. Again thanks.

for 133, I suggest you should first try the ram multiplier of 300 or auto to make sure it works as not all ram can do 533 fsb.
Also go here and get Mr Naturals bios..
