The syntax is: <L=sometext>http://URL</L>
For instance <L=A beatiful link!>http://www.server.com/path/file.htm</L>

Of course you have to use [ ] instead of < > ...

I think you need to take out the '/' in your first brackets, like this &quot;[L=My Box]&quot;
