Question- what makes this Geforce 3 more expensive than this Geforce 4 Ti4400?

Is it just the TV in/out? I do realize the GF4 is OEM and the GF3 isn't but I would have thought the GF3 would be down to $100 by now.

I am just trying to learn something before I get all excited and buy this GF4.

Lol, there is nothing that makes that Geforce 3 better than the 4. Obviously someone is desperate to get rid of his/her stock of Geforce 3. Not to mention that that Geforce 3 is slower than the normal ones.
3.8ns memory is standard for a Geforce 3.
4ns is for Geforce 3 TI 200.
