i mean, why would someone be video taping that?

Nah, I don't think so... kid was seriously freaking out though... I wouldn't have hung out if I was the tow truck driver, just, "see you at the yard"

You can't just drive off when someone's climbing in and out of the car that's hooked up to your rig or climbing over the equipment on the rig itself.

I don't think that's very funny.

I dont either, but I'd kill myself if I had a voice like that.

Nah, that guy claims that the tow trucker didn't give him time to produce the proof that the trucker needed to prevent the car getting towed. It's like

"prove that you work there or I'm required to tow the vehicle"

"okay... hey why are you driving off with my car? you didn't give me a chance to prove it!!"

Given that A) the kid is probably full of crap and B) the driver probably hears excuses like this all day long, I imagine he doesn't have a whole lot of patience for this.

A) If he works there, give him the chance to prove it. If he can't within a reasonable amount of time, offer to call the place to verify employment. Solves everything.

B) Doesn't matter if the driver's impatient or not. That's part of his job.

Driver says he was called by the hospital. Most large companies get your car make/license plate # so they know if employees are parking there, or somebody who shouldn't. If the hospital called then either the guy was too lazy to tell them his info, or he more likely doesn't work there.

The driver has one job and one job only - to tow the offending vehicle. He doesn't make the call whether the car is indeed legally parked - whoever called him makes that call. He's not there to be sympathetic to the poor guy who gets his car towed.

See, a lot of the the conversation could be cleared up if there were more to the video.

I was listening to love line the other night and Adam was talking about how his M3 was up on a thing like that and him and his buddy undid the tethers and drove right the fVck off of that thing. That guy should have done the same.

I'm thinking you could end up with your bumper still hanging on the back of the ramps if you did that too.

from what i get out of that is the kid was parked at the chiro's office if he acutally works there or not is not proven. what i dont understand is it looks like the tow truck driver is towing the kids car while it is NOT parked at the chiro's office. Tow truck drivers can not chase you down and then tow your car because you parked illegally 15 minutes before, they can only tow you while you are tresspassing.
