I wonder what idiot came up with a serial number that begins "FU2."

We have a Xerox copier that needed service and as expected I was told to read off the serial number. I bust out laughing right over the phone when I realized what I was saying. The tech over the phone said everyone gets a good laugh when a call comes in for that particular model.
