Ok I owe a bit here

I had bad eyesight , still do.

I wanted to Strike out of the operation specialist rank (blue and red lights gave me severe headaches).

They blew off every request, i was heavily sedated during the 6 months this took.

I did the books and pars for 32 different rates in the navy and they refused to acknowledge any op them. So being the jerk i was I studied the navy regs

I found that I could use their words against them as well

A clean and pressed uniform didnt say painted dungarees were not clean.

They used every loophole for that 6 months to keep me in the os rate.

Its also where i got my disability but they refused to diagnose it.

Wow... I stayed an E3 for 1.5 years, instead of the normal 6 months, because I refused to do my pars. Then they told me that I didn't have to do the PARS to take the IC3 test. Made it on my first try. Made it again on my first try for E5. Took me 3 or 4 tries to make IC1 though--would have been one less, but they screwed me out of it while I was at school.

You know, I'm still not sure if I'm bitter about getitng out (or if I'm justified in being bitter) the way I did. One of life's mysteries I guess. But upon thinking about it now, I really did make out like a bandit. 😎

I was the same way but so glad I left and I wont say that I would have appreciated a medical discharge (they gave one to a guy who got sunburnt lol) but I will say I would have landed in the brig before much longer lol

Yeah... I did make out like a bandit, but I sure as hell paid the price for it during the process of. Damn that was stressful as hell, and then living on a couch and crap for a while after it. I'm glad to be back on my feet. 🙂

 to you too. I don't mind being out, but I do miss the Navy. It weird when you realize all of a sudden that you will never be going out to sea again. But that's okay. I'm a shellback. I did my part. 😀

I miss it too but not the bs just riding the waves lol

Waves are navy ladies for those that dont know

whats the difference between a wave and a 57 chevy?

Not everyone has been in a 57 chevy Ugh lol Gnite all

Yupp, you just turn around and - plopp - well over the 3 000 posts in a jiffy.

Well done FMC and WR, and TR-edge! 😉

I give up - I am still correcting the exams and it is a major pain - not because of the volume but because of the lack of knowledge of the candidates! 🙁
Had/have to fail about 1 in 20 - which is higher than ever in my experience (i.e. in the past 7 years ...)

IMHO new stats should be done when either ...

1. a week has passed,
2. more than 300 posts have been added,
3. some serious serial neffing has been going on,
4. a TeAm-mate is on the run to fame ...

Well? When?

I do not expect to be on top anymore - FMC has passed me with a large margin, WR is either hot in my tracks or has passed me too (ain't so hard...) 😀
