LOL, that's kind of like the ethics professor who said to his students, while trying to make a point about our culture:

"How many of you think that it's ok for parents to spank their children?"

(some hands raise)

"Now, how many of you think that it's ok for a man to spank his wife?"

...

:laugh:

haha.

Reminds me of what my mom used to tell me: "Don't do anything I wouldn't do, and if you do, name it after me." :)

Sort of like these two unrelated names?

Queen Victoria... and Victoria's Secret. ;)

It does load large threads a bit faster for me, but other than that, it blows. FFS, there's no freaking LAST link for threads with more than seven pages (such as the one that I'm ignoring). :|

There's no LAST link within the thread... you have to go back to the main thread listing to get to the last page, or else click through pages like a madman until you reach the end. :rolleyes;

Of course, the main reason that I'm whining is because all of this crap makes it harder to do what I love doing most - that is nothing but the ignoring of this thread.

And I'm going to ignore it again some more, despite this stupid forum software and the programmers who have no plans of fixing its numerous issues with any sort of promptness.

Yeah, it certainly is (and it is even later somewhere else, e.g. Hawaii) ;)

In other parts (quite close to those parts where it is still Saturday) the Sunday is aleady 14 hours old (New Zeeland) ...

But I still would like to wish you --- and tell you all about --- a great Sunday. :sun:

Interesting world - I could be on an island, take one step and be 24 hours later - or earlier ... ;)
And I could go around the earth with les than 20 steps ... or running for more than 46 000 km ...

Agreed. I think I am going to crack a Guinness while ignoring this thread. Maybe I'll get some pickles too since I like those; same as Ray. However drinking the juice from the jar? No. Maybe if it was olive juice. In a martini.
