not mine but someone i know who works in a hospital sent them too me. evidentally the guy looks totally normal, guess the nail went through his cheek and into his brain

Isn't that a breach of confidentiality?
 
I say fake.
That would have had to have come from a nail gun which would still have remnants of the sheath around the nail.

Edit: I didn't look at it. There's no name attached, it's not a breach.
 
i work at a hospital and i saw lots of xrays like this. we have one where the guy tried to commit suicide with a nail gun and did not suceed.
