23 year old dude i know is dating a girl who's at least 16 but doesn't look much older than 18 (if that). Is there a problem w/ that? He seems to like her and not just try to get into her pants.

mmmmm.....ive seen worse at where i work, girl looked 16, guy looked 30 or so, i thought it was her dad, til they started touching each other....sickening

so to answer your particular question: No, they will break up lol
 
I don't care if he looks 16 or younger, he's 23 and dating a minor. That's against the law! Can't he meet someone his own age? Assuming she was under 18.

No big deal...my parents are 8 years apart...

In other words...when my dad was graduating from high school my mom was in 4th grade...pretty gross in that respect...
 
yeah i mean 23 is not that old. if you think bout it, its ok for a 30 year old to date a 24-26 year old.

so basically he should wait till she's "officially" 18?

what if they're not "doing it" and just going out

There's a big difference between a 30 year old dating a 24 year old and a 23 year old dating a 17 year old. If they're having sex its probably illegal, even if they're not it's just creepy.

I'm 17 (but will be 18 in just 2 weeks) and my bf is 23. I've got to say there is nothing wrong with it, if they are both mature about it.

My girlfriend is 18, I'm 23. We've been dating for ~5 years and I was very uncomfortable with it for the first couple years...well, in public anyway. I think it helped us that we spent a lot of time with her family for the first couple years. I got to know not only her but also her family very well.

We're talking about getting engaged in a couple months. I can't wait :heart:
