looks like a chip which typically sits near your PCI-E lanes.
Im guessing its false readings from HWmon.
Look for a chip like that one i linked, and put your finger close to it.
Dont touch it, but put a finger near it.
If its truely at 103C u should feel heat radiating from it without touch.
And if its 103C if you touch it, you will burn your finger, so DONT touch it, but get close to it.

its located right next to your PCI-E 1x near your audio jacks...
On the P8H61 tab (listed higher up), some temps are obviously false (eg, 11c).
