Please can you tell me about this temp readings

looks like a chip which typically sits near your PCI-E lanes.

Im guessing its false readings from HWmon.

Look for a chip like that one i linked, and put your finger close to it.
Dont touch it, but put a finger near it.
If its truely at 103C u should feel heat radiating from it without touch.
And if its 103C if you touch it, you will burn your finger, so DONT touch it, but get close to it.

its located right next to your PCI-E 1x near your audio jacks...

i have just checked it it's not even warm enough i think it's false reading as you've said. thanks for the help could you please recommend a way to get temp of same compenents

The real CPU readings are those listed under the i7-3770 tab (35c/32c/33c/34c current and 42c/37c/37c/41c max). On the P8H61 tab (listed higher up), some temps are obviously false (eg, 11c). The 30/32c on that list is probably your real case temp which is fine. The +100c temps on that list are probably false too. Probably nothing wrong with your temps, and it's quite common to get iffy temp reading on mobo chips. What counts is safe CPU, HDD, etc, temps as read by sensors built into the actual devices.

You can double check with another program (try HWiNFO64, the Sensors tab).

Sometimes programs give false readings; my SSD temps from this is....65526 C!!! ; and from another program my SSD readings is 246 C. It's easy to understand that this is false, however in your case (100 C), the temp might be true so you need to check it out.

On the P8H61 tab (listed higher up), some temps are obviously false (eg, 11c).

Just a comment here. My mainboard temps are 40, 41 C. AND a third reading of just 17 C, checked with three programs. I thought that this chip was near the outside of the board, hence the low readings.
