New resume is better but I would still try to find ways to add in additional detail in the experience bullets. Also shoot for whatever keywords you can fit in there, since that's how your resume will pull up in searches.

Looks better. Overall it looks well thought out, not cluttered, and I like the layout. Anything else I say is really just nitpicking.
[*]You have extra room at the bottom. Why not space everything out better? Proper use of whitespace is always a nice touch. Try an extra half of a blank line between the main headings (employment, education, skills, etc.)
[*]I don't like the inconsistancy between the employment and education section. In the employment section, between items is just a half blank line. In the education section, between items is a horizontal line. Remove that horizontal line between ACCC and Rutgers.
[*]The GPA significant figures don't match. Either use 3.20/4.00 or 3.2/4.0. As you can see, I simply like consistancy everywhere. Is your GPA at Rutgers good enough to include? If it is low, don't include it, but if it is high, I would think it could help.
[*]References are always available upon request. Typing that is like typing "interview available upon request". It is so redundant that it isn't needed. But many people do like to put that on resumes. So it probably won't kill yours.
[*]You ran out of creativity especially in the skills section. Is "proficient" the only word you could think of?
