Can I unequip equipment so I can enter my car in races that have a horsepower limit? How do I do it?

u can

when in garage mode jus go on one of the test tracks...before u start go into the car set up. ithink theres setup and parts setup or something, in the parts one you can select what parts you want on your car, so u can use different tires, change turbos, change NA tuning parts

the only things u cant change are the weight reduction
