playstation 2 modchips

im not a n00b, but i admit, i have not read the AT bible of posting, if this thread is against the rules im sorry, if not, then i think its a harmless question, to ask smart people, that im sure are here on AT. Fyi, we do sell premodded xbox's and ps2's here.

Is this game even out yet? I know the release date says March 28 but I can't find any place to buy it online. Heck its not evne on ebay. I've already bought Soul Caliber 2 on ebay for my ps2, wheres initial d?

39000? Are you sure the last number isn't a 1? The last number is the region code, 1 being north america. If its 39001 its a V7.

Thats what I mean, the Japanese release date is march 28 but I can't find a place to buy it online. My ps2 is already modded.
 
Are these Japan only games really worth the hassle of a mod chip? I mean, am I missing something BIG like of GTA or GT kind of games?

It depends on the type of game you like. I don't go through the hassle of getting a mod chip though. I just buy a Japanese console.
