Playing X-Box/PS2 in a window - need delay-less video adapter.

Well I've run into an unexpected snag in my attempt to run everything through my HTPC box. And it's an ugly one.

I didn't realize that the Hauppauge PVR 250 had a 1-1.5 second delay for the video decoding to take effect, and as you can imagine it's impossible to play a game with such a delay. But I'd still like to get this done - somehow. Even if I need a different card to run it with.

Is there such a thing as a "delay-less" video capture card for PC's?

There must be a "Live video overlay" option.

Either that, or temporarily disable the on-demand recording function. It's trying to buffer the current frames so that it can "start recording instantly" from what you see.

I still need a good suggestion here. Some device, preferably a USB or firewire device of some sort (or PCI if necessary), that will allow me to play PS2/GC/X-Box games in a window on my PC monitor without a delay.
