Playing in Soccer Tournament tomorrow

I've never played in an official organized game. Any things I should know about rules and regulations and offsides etc??

Couple things, btw different leauges have slight modifications to rules, but here's the general list:

Offsides: deleted my version, heres the rule book version:It is not an offence in itself to be in an offside position. A player is in an offside position if:
he is nearer to his opponents' goal line than both the ball and the second last opponent
A player is not in an offside position if:
he is in his own half of the field of play or
he is level with the second last opponent or
he is level with the last two opponents
Offence
A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of the referee, involved in active play by:
interfering with play or
interfering with an opponent or
gaining an advantage by being in that position

Couple lesser known rules:
*no slide tackles with toes up
*no tackling from behind when last man back
*no throw-ins to the the gk
*on a goal kick, the ball must leave the goal box before someone on your team touches it.
*don't foul in the goal box
*the keeper is *protected* while in the goal box and handling the ball, meaning you can challenge him before he has it, but as soon as he has possesion, you can't stand in front of him to try and block a drop kick or punt.
*during kickoff, the ball must move forward first.
*indirect kicks cannot score without someone touching it first (usually represented by the referee holding up his arm)
*a direct kick can score immediatley
*if you get a yellow card, its customary to confer with the reffere why =)
*if you get a red card, let all hell break loose =)
*have fun

*Note, I played soccer for 14 of the 19 years of my life. These are just the rules I can think of that aren't commonly known. For everything else, check out this link, it seems to have the gist of it.

Win

The best advice there is!

Otherwise, pass in to open spaces and don't strike the ball with your toes (no accuracy)
