Haha, I knew there would be a few out there that would recognize that! :)

Glad to hear you're enjoying the show -thanks! Yes, we're recording via Skype. Elizabeth lives in NYC, I'm down in LA and Chris is in SF -so sometimes we're at the mercy of our ISPs. We're constantly trying to fix sound issues. It's our bigest issue really. I hope that one of these days we will actually be able to resolve that.

Yup, after I wrote that I realized that it wasn't just a voice sounding a little less pronounced but it was also sounding a lot more digitized than the other voices. I'm sure you all will get the kinks worked out.

I'm just glad to see that the podcast is young yet you are able to pull off some interesting interviews.

Just finished listening. Considering it was just your 6th episode, I think you guys are doing a great job.

Some of the organization was a little disjointed (tangents in the middle of the interview, for instance) and the breaks between segments were a bit abrupt. But overall I was impressed, and I think I'll tune in for the next episode.

BTW, Chris' rant about GameStop and EB Stores was great. I think you could really run with that topic - discuss the trend of pre-orders for game systems, game trade-ins, the state of video game retail in general and what you as gamers would like in an "ideal" video game store.

I'm about 45 minutes into the podcast...it's good so far, and I'll tune in for future episodes. The only complaint I have is that it is a little long but otherwise good. :)

Played - Episode 8 (we're still alive!)

EPIC PODCAST! EPICAST! HA! Since we were delayed in getting a podcast recorded last week, we decided to combind the two so strap yourself in! :) Also, we?re now using M4A as our primary distrobution format. This means that you will now be able to see the chapters and pictures in iTunes and your iPod.

In Episode 8 we talk about Activision?s recent game releases on Valve?s digital distrobution service ?Steam?, Capcom?s recent decision to desolve Clover Studios (Okami, God Hand, Viewtiful Joe), Judge Ronald Friedman of the Third District Court of Appeals watched a representative from ?Bully? publisher Take Two Interactive and its subsidiary Rockstar play through the game?s schoolyard settings to determine if it?s suitable for release under its current ESRB rating of ?T for Teen?, also according to the study by Los Angeles based Interpret -8.9 million U.S consumers are willing to purchase a Playstation 3 and only 800,000 are willing to purchase an Xbox 360?.hrm, and will the news group Reuters to start appearing in the MMO ?Second Life??

Elizabeth?s always enjoyable gadgetry (wait till you hear this one) is back again. Also, we announce the winners of our 2Kgames contest and read their rants on the air for everyone to enjoy, We read some viewer mail to answer some questions you guys had for us, and (of course) what we?re currently playing, and much much more!

Hope you guys enjoy!

Wow, 48 people from AT tuned in this episode. Pretty cool. If anyone feels like posting what they thought, or in general -just their comments...that would be cool.

Haha, I know. I would never pay that much for a freak'n toaster -but hey, she's the connaisseur.

The rants were a pretty big success. I've not really talked about this, but I'm in discussion with NCSoft, currently, for another contest for the listeners. Nothing is concrete yet, but it's look good. :)
