play game, whenever lag hard get disconect

whenever play online games and it laggs but when it lag hard it disconnect right away.

whats causing this? lag a bit nothing happend but when it lag hard like 4-9 frame rate it gets boot off online.

this problem has been a long time but never tried to figure out what cause it.


athlon64 3200, 2.5gb ram, x850 xt, xp home
