I am ugly.... nothing will change that fact except modification, should I get MASSIVE plastic surgery? (Money is not an issue, so is taking time off)

beuaty is only skin deep!

Chin implant, Rinoplasy, perhaps a cheek implant... tons of chemical peels and microdermal abbrasions.

I once had someone ask me if I had plastic surgery done....I asked why and they said, "It looks like someone spilled the plastic!" 🙁

What makes you think you're ugly?

I don't lie to myself. 😛

Hmm....self-pwnage?

Well at least you have good spirits! Is this a hypothetical situation or are you actually thinking about doing this?

Ok fine. I don't know if you're ugly or if you just think you are.

Regardless, out of curiosity, what would you have done?

I have an angle grinder and a sawzall. Meet me at my house tonight at 7pm and I'll have you fixed up in no time

If you are seriously considering it, then do whatever is going to make you happy. But if the surgery doesnt meet your expectations, then what?

BTW, Extreme Makeover, and The Swan were great makeover shows. They did wonderful things for those people.

i think it is ok for people that lose massive amounts of weight, some nose jobs seem reasonable (people with gigantic nose, not little tiny changes)

people with birth marks or tumors, its ok

but if you are just "ugly" , i don't think you need to.

I'd think long and hard before you do anything, and as another poster has mentioned, it won't necessarily resolve any feelings you have about yourself. (read: Get some counseling before you do it.)
