Plastic Medicine (fake, novelty) Capsules

So this friend of mine wants to surprise her bf with a cute gift. She's planning on writing sweet things on little scrolls then stuff them into capsules. She's going for "here's some medicine to make you smile" thing.

The only kind of capsules I could find were the ones people use for stuffing their own pills (herbal supplements, etc.).

Do you guys know where you can find the plastic kinds (novelty toys)?

you can just get an herbal supplement and break it open and empty it...then put it back together with the scroll

Yeah that's what I suggested to her initially, hence the mock-up I made.

I haven't been in the toy section of the stores in a long time but I have a feeling they might have something.
