I just got this product a little over a month ago. And the only thing I can hear is static. The sound is turned all the way up, and it works on the speakers. dont tell me this is a defect?

Don't be an ass. I need a serious answer.

By the way, it has worked before, it just started doing this today.

Actually, sometimes I can hear it, sometimes it is real low, sometimes it is real loud, but other times I can't hear it.

Stop trying to raise your post count and just help me.

I've already emailed Plantronics, I'm just trying to get a quicker answer.

In the words of Norman Bates: "Mary...I?m becoming...confused again...aren?t I?"

You don't need a reason to help people

Guilt trip, in my opinion.

He answered your question, what else did you want to know? These headphones are good, they arent supposed to do that...

are they digital only headphones/sound card set to digital?
on a sound blaster live card I have when it's set to digital output only and I connect analog speakers, it gets static, and vice versa.
