Planning a new bill of rights if any of these "classifieds" happen?

WTF is this about!

At one point he says "should an event occur in urban areas...( then a long pause)...JESUS!!..."(long pause) "classified"!

Anyone care to speculate on what ?classifieds? are or what kind of an event could possibly warrant a new bill of rights?

It almost sounds like they are preparing for an attack from extra terrestrial origins or something.

LOL! I'd be glad to accomodate your request if it was unfounded speculation about someone committing a felony, which would be libel. Here, the OP's only speculation is about ... ummm.... [ CLASSIFIED ], and even Socio pointed out that it's not really C-SPAN, but a sham. :laugh:

If it's that [ CLASSIFIED ], maybe we can find some answers in the Yellow Pages or on craigslist. :p
