If they're single usage rest rooms, yes, In other words one toilet, one sink or one shower if equipped with one. If it's an actual locker room that doesn't work. That makes the situation potentially worse.

Both/all sexes are allowed in the locker rooms at Planet Fitness.

That's unisex as far as I can tell.

Label the rooms unisex and be done with it.

That way everyone knows what they might see in there, and everyone can use any locker room, so there's no reason for any complaints.

Anyone behaving improperly can be ejected without any claims of bias.

The people who can't deal with that, can go to another gym.
