Planer

I plan to replace all of my interior doors in my home at some point (6 doors). Thinking I need to buy a planer to complete this task.

I can get this for $45

Or I can get this for $70 and it will work with my battery system.

Is one of these superior for my purpose or should I just buy the cheapest one?

All of the above, plus, that's the wrong planer for doors. A door plane has an adjustable bevel and a longer shoe. Both sides of the door should have a slight bevel between 4 and 6 degrees, though I've seen some set at seven.
Prehung is the way to go, unless you're trying to save the jambs, then what you need to do is have a door shop do matchups.
This is the one I have.

Yeah I'd go with prehung, though keep in mind even prehung the frame has a bit of flex so it's not 100% foolproof to install, but you don't need to plane anything. You want to make sure that they are installed square and level. Square is most important, but level is important too or you will have a door that wants to close or open on it's own instead of staying where you leave it.
