Uhh..he never says we shot the plane down, he said the terrorists "shot it down" and just used poor word choices. The plane wasn't shot down by the terrorists, it was piloted down into the ground.

oh really? the terrorists just decided they didn't feel like flying into more buildings that day and just 'piloted' the plain into the ground ???
Read my previous links.

Oh, nevermind, that was all just a vast bi-partisan, cross agency conspiracy that included the 9/11 comission. I forgot to think for myself there again.

They have the "black box" cockpit recordings, and taped telephone conversations. I think this was just a misstatement.

only a portion of which was made available to a very select audience....

if all you have on that tape is your citizens heroically thwarting some lame terrorist's carefully laid out plans, I think you would be playing that tape endlessly on Faux news... not censoring it
Really? Oh, DeeKnow says the tapes should be released to the public to be endlessly played on FauxNews. I'll forward your suggestion to the FBI. I'm sure the victim's families won't mind one bit...and I'm sure if that happened nobody would accuse the administration of "taking advantage of emotions of 9/11" either.

don't people think for themselves any more??
Thinking obviously isn't the problem with you. It's the conclusions you appear to be reaching.

Yeah the families would never want to hear the entire tape or anyone else to hear it either. Now there's a stretch.

If they would ask and the government was compelled to hand it over how long do you think it would take them to do it and more importantly, based on that, how authentic do you think the tape would be?

I don't care if you call me a conspiracy nut. I'm not saying that is what happend. I'm simply pointing out the hypocrisy in the entire situtation which does nothing but create more questsions. It sure as heck isn't answering any.

From my previous link, and my previous comments. I know it is hard to read links, it's much easier to just assume things that fit your political ideals.

In April 2002, in an unprecedented action, the cockpit voice recorder was played by the FBI to relatives of the victims of the hijackers

As to the motivations of the families, why don't you go discuss that with them. Take a poll maybe.

They played edited partial recordings to families. Not sure which part of that is hard to understand. I think you missed the boat.

So give me a link to where the families have complained about the "edited"version?

Read pages 27-31 and get back to me:

9/11 report.

Do you live in a box? They were getting overpowered by passengers so instead of letting them retake the plane they crashed it into the ground. Very simple.

I never said that. Why don't you take a break from trying to get me to mess up somehow.

I guess I'll take the word of the bi-partisan 9-11 comission over the tin-foil crowd.

Evidence for the tin-foil crowd: 3 minutes error somewhere. Tapes not released to public. "Rummy slipped"

Evidence against the tin-foil crowd: Conspiracy would require members of congress, the administration, the FBI, the FAA, the NTSB, the Military, victims families, the media, and air traffic control to all tell lies and cover it up. Just so they could say a plane wasn't shot down. Not that anyone would have cared (well, other than the tin-foil crowd).

Interesting...

I'm not going to argue whether it was right or wrong, why is the government lying about it?? They turned that plane crash into the biggest propoganda with the "lets roll" and the crew overpowering the terrorists.

Rumsfeld made an error. The end.

I never said the plane was shot down. You know you have a very serious reading comprehension problem. Or you are just very tired today? That's the second time in one day you accuse me of saying or meaning something I never alluded to. You also, conveniently, left out scientific evidence which tells a completely different story then what is official. Plane crashed several minutes later then what the official story states. Perhaps instead of asking why the plane went down the first question should be why are you being lied to?

Then again why ask simple straight forward questions. Just one.
