Planar PL191M OSD lock (how to UNlock!?!)

Anyone know how to unlock the OSD lock on this monitor? I've checked the doc's on Planar's site, as well as Dell's (where I originally purchased from), and Google'd it to no avail! I really gotta get access to this thing

It doesn't work to unplug it for a while?

Good question. It's been unplugged for about a month. However, I had a hard time getting it to show an image after I hooked it up again (turns out the computer wasn't actually booting because I had the mouse and keyboard plugged in each other's ports opps! ). I'll unplug it tonight and see how it goes tomorrow evening. I'd kinda think the settings are stored in some flash memory though wouldn't they? We'll see...

On my Viewsonic lcd, you have to hold down two buttons for ten seconds to get the OSD to lock or unlock. You might try holding down different combinations of the front panel buttons to get yours unlocked.

Locked, meaning it won't let you into the menus at all? Or that some options aren't available? Because some options aren't available on my Planar 17.4" when it's on DVI, because it doesn't need them (auto-adjust, for example).

Otherwise I'd call Planar in person and ask, they'll have your answer
