What a ridiculous statement. Most guys are gonna have their phone in their pocket right next to their keys, which makes this a valid complaint. Apple fanboys are silly.

I'd wager that at least 90% of guys don't keep their keys and phones in the same pocket. What the hell are you talking about?

Anecdotal evidence aside, what do you think is more likely, someone expecting to get phone reception when their keys are next to their phone or someone expecting to get reception when they're swimming in a pool? That's what I was responding to. Plenty of people are gonna have their keys and their phones in the same pocket, not everyone is a phone geek. Get a screen protector, throw your phone in your pocket and go. That's what most people do, they don't obsess over silly things like keeping their phone separate from everything else.

Clearly the more ridiculous statement here is me saying that most guys keep their phones and keys in the same pocket...

The keys being in the pocket won't be enough to do anything. The key would have to somehow be flush against the bottom left of the phone....pretty unlikely scenario in a pocket.

Droid goes in pocket with anything. No scratches whatsoever. Probably my first phone that can do this with. However, it's not a great pocket phone. A bit too heavy.
So I go back and forth between a sideways belt case and the pocket.

But what if I tape the key to the bottom of an iPhone 4? It's unacceptable that I couldn't use an iPhone 4 with a key taped to the bottom. I'm outraged!
