Places to eat in Boston?

I'm in Boston this week for training. Can anyone recommend some good places to eat around here? I'm looking for some good seafood and BBQ places in particular.

I don't think that I'll have any problem finding an Irish bar, though... there seems to be 2 on every street 🙂
 
Come on guys... No first hand experience?

Mr Dooley's was cool, anyway. That was probably the most authentic Irish bar I've ever been to!
 
Most are chains, but I prefer Atlantic Fish Company over Legal Seafoods by a wide margin.

There is a "BBQ" place on Harvard Ave, Allston called Soul Fire. It is "ok", but not as good as Blue Ribbon that is somewhere on the commuter rail near newton (I dont remember, friend took me by car once)
 
even though i didn't like the Legal seafood in NYC, the ones in Boston are really, really good. and yes, they're a chain.
