Place your bets! Who is running for president?

I'm pretty sure Elizabeth Warren is and we shall see if her DNA stunt worked to reduce trumps characterization of her (my guess is it won't).

I'm also guessing Bernie Sanders will be running. He's a career politician at the top of his game with nothing else to show for it.

My other guess is Eric swalwell. He's been making an awful lot of media appearances lately and chiming in with his opinion on all sorts of matters.

Kamala harris would be my wild card. She reminds me of Elizabeth Warren in the 2016 election where she seemed like she wanted in but couldn't read the water.

What's everyone else's guess? Do you think we will see a Republican challenge, John kasich perhaps? Will Romney want to give it ago again?

For me Tulsi Gabbard, Beto O'Rourke, Kamala Harris.

Oldies are gonna have the hillary problem with voters.. not enough kids wanting to vote. But give kids someone young like Obama.. and you've got a chance to really cook Trump's goose.

The democrats will probably assfuck America again and nominate Harvey Weinstein over Clifford the Big Red Dog.

The republicans will push Adam Lanza, and he'll win cuz he's pro gun.

russ feingold, being from WI I've been following him for a few years now and think he make a good President

Democrats will face what the Republicans saw last cycle, a long bench of candidates not all that dissimilar but competing for news cycles: Biden, Warren, Booker, Harris, Sanders, O’Rourke, Gillibrand, perhaps more.

GOP, it depends on where Trump is in two years. Could be Trump. Could be Pence. Romney may try to pull a Ted Kennedy and challenge Trump from the center.

We may also see a Perot wild card like Bloomberg, maybe even Bezos.

Could we please please please please please have a rational candidate on either side? Maybe a maverick 3rd party candidate that has the chance of winning it all similar to what Perot almost pulled off in 1992? Someone that values personal freedom and liberty (socially liberal) but wants to keep government spending in check and work towards balancing the budget by responsibly cutting spending (fiscally conservative)?

Pro-pot legalization and cut military spending?
Pro-women's right to choose and ending tax exemption for churches?
Strong, sensible immigration policy and a sense of urgency to combat climate change?
Fierce advocate for freedom of speech but for common sense gun restrictions?
Reform and cut entitlement programs and support gay marriage?
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.

As long as the Electoral College exists that will be unlikely

I think Biden would crush Trump if he ran.

Biden's biggest weakness was his gaffes. Post Trump, that will actually be a strength. He would say things that were true, but, not something you should say.

It isn't really the Democrats they need to worry about. What do the independents think?
