are you on a spiral mixer, or a planetary?I was up until 2:30 this morning making pizza dough. I liked a lot of the properties of the last batch of dough. I made a few minor changes in an attempt to make improvements. We will see how it turns out when I make the pizza this week. I'm hopefully optimistic.

I use a KitchenAid mixer. I really don't like it too much. It would probably be fine if I was only doing one. But doing a batch of four it has trouble handling it. If had the money I would get a better mixer.are you on a spiral mixer, or a planetary?

You probably did not venture into the world of dough mixers, but they are like, $89 for this pretty solid mixer everyone uses, $650 for this slightly better one, $2700 for this really nice one, and hey, we got the REALLY GOOD ones 'round the back.I use a KitchenAid mixer. Yeah I would like to have a better mixer. But for now the money is not there. I'm not a business so there will be no multiple thousand dollar mixer.
