I've got some amazing pictures of my meat if you really want them!

You can see that the pan didn't hold as much heat as I thought that it would though. It struggled with the flip. That said there was over a kilo of steak in there.

I have a Libertarian bent, but reading this makes me think that maybe the government should regulate what we eat. You know they want to.

Dunno if I agree with this, but if they did do this I'd be fine with it. I generally cook any ways and I'm more than capable of cooking shit way worse for me that anything I've ever eaten out. The county gravy I made this morning:

1/2 a stick of butter
2 cups of cream
4 slices of crumbled bacon
2 cut up sausage links
1/2 a cup of flour

Everything cooked in the pan with the bacon and sausage grease. I used about 2/3rd of it over 4 biscuits. I bet it was over 2k calories, maybe close to 3, with ungodly levels of fat and sodium. So unless the government bans cream and butter and bacon I'll still be safe.

Don't let Dustin Johnson buy one. He'll probably choke on a hot dog like he did for his last putt of the US Open.

John Stewart had some thoughts on this new concoction: "It looks like a group of uncircumcised Italian men jerking off on a pizza."

Then he had to make it up to his old fast food flame, Arbys: "You're the only food classified as a war crime." "You taste like if a stomach could get punched in the balls." "You're the reason I carry around a duffel bag of clean underwear."

Where are all the fat haters?
I'm surprised they haven't stopped in to chastise you for being a drain on society.

The steaks being posted are lame as hell. Terrible crust and the internals are either cooked or are medium well at best.

Welshboke has the best at the moment, just because he has a medium rare, but his crust could use work.

I like my steak medium rare. :colbert:

There was over a kilo of steak in the pan and I underestimated how much heat it would hold (it's a new pan). I'll stick it on the wok burner next time!

I love Quebert food threads

I eat like a fucking fatty, yet I'm nowhere near fat. My health level overall's probably shitty as hell, but I shovel the fattiest of the fatty foods down my esophagus with no weight gain what-so-ever. Today I ate close to 2 thousand calories

in snacks alone
