Pizza = healthy?

i dont use alot of cheese in mine, but i usually just eat home made pizzas if im having pizza.

a little cheese, some mushrooms, or onions and peppers or something, and usually a little bit of sausage or pepperoni, but not too much.

 
A healthy diet is a moderate amount of a wide variety of foods. Pizza is only unhealthy if you eat a lot of it often. And I'm sure it has less fat and is more nutritionally sound if you make it yourself with fresh vegetables and cheese and whole grain crust.
