I used to really like Pizza Hut's pan pizza. I havent had a pan pizza for about a couple years, so when I ordered a couple large pan pizzas a couple months ago... it was disappointing. Maybe my tastes changed or something, or the pizza really just wasn't as good as I remembered it.

Anyways, I guess I have a preference for thick crust, but really, as long as it's good pizza, I'll like it.

They probably switched from fresh made dough to frozen crusts. It's a recent change, maybe in the last year?

WTF? wheat-free pizza?

that's unnatural.

that should be illegal.

whats next? meat-free steak?

He says it actually tastes pretty good. LOTS of places serve gluten-free menus now. It used to mean gluten-free = delicious-free, but not so much anymore.

The best pizza I had was in Naples, Italy, the birth place of pizza.

nothing beat making the pizza in front of you from the scratch to finish in under 3 minutes. simply the best pizza with the freshest ingredients.

from scratch to finish in under 3 minutes?

i find that highly unlikely.

between mixing the flour and water, to kneading and manipulating the dough to form a pizza shape, to covering it with sauce, cheese and ingredients is going to take way longer than 3 minutes.

and unless the oven is a nuclear furnace, to get an even cook and not burn it is going to take longer than 3 minutes as well

Baking can take less than 2 minutes in a 900F oven. In fact, for New York pies, the hotter the oven the better.

And good dough should take a day to make at the very least.

To be honest, when I was in Bora Bora had pizza at this little roadside stand, took about 10 minutes for him to make the dough, and about 3-4 minutes in a blazing hot wood fired oven.

And it was some of the best pizza I've EVER had, in the middle of bumf*** South Pacific.

Looks bland as hell. How about some toppings?

No way bro. Shit looks damn good. I like my pizzas with 1 topping max.

Cheese, mushroom, or bell pepper NY-style pizza FTW. After eating that pizza, I'll never go back to any chain again.

If I want a snack then it's NY style provided it's not crap that's paper thin.

If I want a meal then Chicago style.

They both work, also anyone that places pineapple on their pizza needs to have their tongue chopped off.

white pizza - thinner the better

I don't care what anybody says but getting that large of a pizza at that price is awesome.

Not to mention it actually tastes quite good! I prefer nicer pizza, but like all things there is the price/performance angle to be considered.

you have not seen the traditional way of making pizza. of course the dough is ready.

I ordered my pizza margherita to go and then went to use their bathroom. When I came back up from the basement (where the bathroom was), I took this pic because of the setting and it looked cool.

they put the pizza in the box and gave it to me. I was shock! I was taking the pic of my pizza. It didn't take me more than 3 minutes to use the bathroom. They were just fast!

If you ever gonna visit Naples, try this pizzeria:

best cheese + best sauce + best dough + best oven = not boring

besides, I also like it with pepperoni 🙂

I do enjoy other slices, but cheese + pepperoni = classic, can eat all day.
