Just got my first LCD, Viewsonic Vx2025MV. - Its a Wide screen 1680X1050 res LCD
At 1280/1024 it looks fine. when I change the res to 1680X1050 a lot of my icons on my desktop and some colors seem to make the pixels flash/blink any idea what my problem is? I have upgraded to newest video card drivers (geforce) and downloaded the unsigned (only avalible) viewsonic drivers for my monitor. When i reboot parts of the windows logo's pixels also flash/blink

Hm, what refresh rate are you running at? The fact that the intro windows xp logo shows miscolored artifacts is interesting, and tells me the monitor may not infact enjoy running at that resolution, have you tried it on another computer?

Looks like its locked at 60Hz
Also i just tested with the Dsub /analog and it does not have the same problem.. Seems only when i use the DVI connector and connector. Wonder if its my cable, monitor or video card...
Any ideas?

Damn!, dropped to 16bit res instead of 32bit and it got WAY worse now it was lots of cyan blinking lines horizontal across the screen!

Brought the monitor over to a friends house who also had a DVI video card.
Monitor seems to work fine on his computer.
So looks like the DVI aspect of my video card has problems, guess ill look at getting it RMAd or buy a new one.

Thanks for the help all.
