PIX 515E question

1- I have the following servers:
- ISA Server
- web Server
- Exchange Server
- Router
- VPN tunnel
- IVR Output
Those should be the inputs to the PIX, Im thinking of connecting the output to a Catalyst 2950 switch to enable VLANs.
What is the best PIX model for this scenario?
Is PIX-515E-UR-BUN or PIX-515E-UR-FE-BUN enough?
What is the best DMZ setup in your opinion?
Another question please: UR stands for Unrestricted License, Where do I need it, in other words, when saying 50 User license, what are those 50 users excatly?

the UR and UR DMZ are the same physical box except the DMZ comes preinstalled with a 4 port ethernet card, giving the chassis a total of 6 ports. a 4 port card cand be added to a non-DMZ UR box.

The UR is an old nomenclature..it dates back to when the PIX boxes were defined by the number of users or sessions. The current differentiator between the R and UR chassis (in the 515 series) are:

Number of possible interfaces
R: 3 max
UR: 6 max

Inclusion of the VPN accelerator card
R - no
UR - yes

Ability to have a failover chassis in the mix (FO in the part number) to act as a stand by.
R - no
UR - yes
