Yes, I could see how that might seem funny to someone who still eats paste and gets crayons stuck up their nose. Grown adults who speak the English language fluently demand something better from our satire... something like not misspelling "lose" 20 times in the same piece of writing, for example.
 
You have to love a political satire piece that becomes a completely different type of satire simply due to the volume of grammatical errors (I am certainly not saying my grammar is perfect...)
